Our policies, in plain language

These policies apply to Aspire Caring Education and to every programme run under Caring Hand Foundation, Yavatmal. If anything here is unclear, call us and we will explain it.

An initiative of Caring Hand Foundation, Yavatmal

Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum information needed to admit a student and stay in touch with the family. Nothing more.

What we collect
Student name, parent/guardian name, phone number, optional email address, class or exam being prepared for, and the details you type into our enquiry form. For enrolled students we also keep attendance and test records.
Why we collect it
Only to process admission, place a student in the correct batch, share class timings and results, and reply to enquiries about volunteering or donations.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with coaching classes, marketing agencies or any commercial third party. We do not send promotional messages you did not ask for.
Who can see it
Authorised staff and trustees of the Foundation, and the teachers responsible for that student's batch. Records are shared with anyone else only where the law requires it.
Website data
This website does not run advertising trackers. The enquiry form works through your own email or WhatsApp app — your message is sent directly to us and is not stored on this website. Embedded Google Maps is provided by Google and follows Google's own privacy policy.
Your rights
Write to foundationcaringhand@gmail.com or call 9860344518 at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you or your child. We will act on the request within a reasonable time.

Terms of Use

By using this website you agree to the terms below. They exist to protect students, volunteers and the Foundation alike.

About this website
This website is owned and operated by Caring Hand Foundation, Yavatmal for its education initiative, Aspire Caring Education (ACE Education). Content is provided for general information about our free programmes.
Accuracy
We try to keep batch details, timings and programme information up to date, but they may change. Please confirm current details by phone before acting on anything you read here.
No guarantee of results
Our coaching improves preparation; it cannot guarantee selection in any examination or admission to any institution. Selection depends on the conducting authority and the candidate's own performance.
Intellectual property
The ACE Education logo, name, text and study material on this site belong to Caring Hand Foundation, Yavatmal. They may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without written permission.
External links
Links to government exam portals or other websites are given for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Yavatmal, Maharashtra.

Admission Policy

Admission is need-based and free. This is how we decide, and what we expect in return.

Who we admit
School students of Class 1 to Class 10 and youth preparing for government job examinations. Preference is given to students from economically weaker families, single-parent households and first-generation learners.
No fee, ever
There is no admission fee, tuition fee, examination fee or 'donation' for a seat. Any demand for money in the name of admission is unauthorised and must be reported to us at once.
Documents
A completed enrolment form, and if available an Aadhaar copy and the last school marksheet. Missing documents will not prevent a genuine student from starting classes.
Attendance & conduct
Students are expected to attend regularly, complete assigned work and behave respectfully with teachers and classmates. Seats are limited, and continued absence without reason may lead to a seat being offered to another student on the waiting list.
Withdrawal
A student or parent may discontinue at any time by informing the centre. Since no fee is charged, no refund arises.

Donation & Refund Policy

Donations to the Foundation pay for teachers, books, electricity and the roof over our classrooms.

How donations are used
Contributions are used for teaching material, student stationery, centre rent and utilities, teacher honorariums, and programme expenses of the education wing. Administrative overheads are kept as low as possible.
Official channels only
Please donate only to the official bank account or UPI of Caring Hand Foundation, Yavatmal. Always verify the details by calling 9860344518 before transferring any amount. We are not responsible for money paid to unverified accounts or individuals.
Receipts
A receipt is issued for every donation received through official channels. Please keep your transaction reference and share it with us so the receipt can be issued correctly.
Refunds
Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable. If a donation was made in error or as a duplicate transaction, write to us within 7 days with proof and we will review the request in good faith.
In-kind support
Books, notebooks, stationery, computers and furniture in usable condition are gratefully accepted. Please call before sending items so we can confirm what is needed.

Child Protection Policy

Children in our care must be safe. This policy is non-negotiable and applies to every teacher, volunteer and visitor.

Safe environment
Classes are held in open, visible spaces. No volunteer meets a child alone behind closed doors. The centre is kept clean, lit and accessible to parents at any time during class hours.
Verified volunteers
Every teacher and volunteer provides identity proof and gives an undertaking to follow this policy before being allowed to teach.
Zero tolerance
Corporal punishment, verbal abuse, humiliation, discrimination on the basis of caste, religion or gender, and any form of harassment are strictly prohibited and lead to immediate removal.
Photographs
Photographs of students are taken only for the Foundation's records and awareness material, and are never published with a child's personal details. Parents may refuse consent at any time.
Reporting a concern
Any concern about a child's safety should be reported immediately to the centre in-charge, by phone on 9860344518 or by email to foundationcaringhand@gmail.com. Complaints are treated confidentially and acted upon promptly, including reporting to the authorities where required by law.

Code of Conduct

A short set of expectations that keeps our classrooms working for everyone.

For students
Attend regularly, come on time, keep the centre clean, respect teachers and fellow students, and take care of the books and material given to you — they belong to the next student too.
For parents
Attend parent meetings when called, ensure the child studies at home, and speak to teachers directly about any difficulty rather than letting a child drop out silently.
For teachers & volunteers
Be punctual and prepared, treat every student with dignity, never demand or accept money or gifts from a student's family, and follow the Child Protection Policy without exception.
Grievances
Any complaint about the conduct of a student, teacher or volunteer may be made in person at the centre, by phone on 9860344518, or by email to foundationcaringhand@gmail.com. The trustees of Caring Hand Foundation review every complaint received.

Updates to these policies

Caring Hand Foundation, Yavatmal may revise these policies from time to time as our programmes grow. The version published on this page is the one currently in force. For any question about a policy, or to raise a grievance, contact us at foundationcaringhand@gmail.com or 9860344518.
